the 2nd International Biennial of Political Humor.
 The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Cuba, the National Council of Visual Arts (CNAP), and La Jiribilla Magazine invite artists, illustrators, cartoonists, and humorists from around the world to participate in the 2nd International Biennial of Political Humor in Havana from June 9 to 14, 2026. This event seeks to explore, in a playful way, the impact of globalization and its associated phenomena from a critical perspective. This exploration is linked to those related to cultural colonialism and the harmful influence of hegemonic cultural industrialization on contemporary social society.
Entries are available in digital format for electronic installation at the website: bienalhumorpoliticocu@gmail.com. Submissions must be in JPG format, with a resolution of 300 dpi and a 2400-pixel minimum resolution on the main page.
