Chinese. I started drawing cartoon in 1980 and my cartoon works have won many competition awards. I have served as a jury member in international cartoon competitions multiple times. My cartoon works often appear in domestic and foreign newspapers and magazines, and have published over 6000 cartoon works. I am currently the President of the Zibo Cartoon Research Association. Published two personal cartoon albums, "Fan Lintao Cartoon Collection" and "Fan Lintao Humorous Cartoon".
Saadet Demir (Turkey)
I was born in Manisa – Turkey in 1971. I have been drawing cartoon for
45 years. I have been working as a graphic designer. Besides cartoon, I
am also interested in painting and literature. I have been writing poems,
humor writings, essays and political satires. My cartoon and humor
writings have been published in many local, national and international
humor magazines and newspapers. My cartoons have been awarded and
exhibited in many exhibitions and included in many cartoon albums. I
have been a member of Turkish Cartoon Association since 1997.
BASSOLE Christian Arnaud (burkina faso)
known as ‘’Main2DIEU’’ is an artist who has been working in Burkina since 2010. After having long juggled between his studies in law and his passion for art, he finally found the right angle through press cartoons, as a caricaturist with Cartooning for Peace and some daily newspapers in the sub-region. Press cartoons have confirmed themselves for him as a means of communication, expression of his art, denunciation and
awareness.

Historietista and illustrator, ha worked for infantile, authorial and educational publications since 2009. Come work as editor in Tabula Rasa and in Pánico Ediciones, editorial dedicated to the illustration and historieta, the cual contó with a book of mismo number between the years 2015 and 2018. Vikram Kumar Nayak (India)
is an artist, illustrator, cartoonist and documentary filmmaker based in Delhi, India
He is noted for the directness and energy of his visual communication.
Vikram engages in life as an active participant, as a
performing artist, an activist and most importantly as a social animal.
Vikram has received numerous national and international
awards for his skills and activities in 2D and 3D art forms
He has been commissioned by dailies, magazines, ethically-oriented social
organizations, corporates and writers. Exhibitions and commissions have taken his art and illustrations to
Greece, Bangkok, Indonesia, the Philippines, Australia, France, Germany,
America and the Netherlands.

a cartoonist from Indonesia, I am a drawing teacher and illustration maker of children's story books in the country of Says, I have won several international cartoon contests, including: in Cyprus, Malaysia, Zagreb, Romania, Morocco and so on, this time I am not a participant. but serves as a jury member

Brahim Idlhaj, (Morocco)
Artistic Director Designer Digital Creator and Caricaturist Portraitist
Specialist in drawing for children. and comic book illustrator, Brahim Idlhaj can now boast of having very good experience in the field of political drawing and thematic comics, with clear messages. Brahim Idlhaj has already published many caricatures on several national and international websites, all requiring a fair look, a good reading of society with a scalpel analysis of everything related to current events. . Brahim Idlhaj is also an illustrator of several comic book series for some Moroccan children's magazines. Currently a cartoonist for an international site specializing in political drawing and also a member of the FECO Morocco. He has won several special prizes in the Syrian competition special prize in the fica competition
Karim Gangue(Senegal)
Karim GANGUE is a graphic designer/trainer, illustrator, caricaturist and painter-decorator for airplanes. He is the president of PHYLACTERE (Senegalese Association of graphic designers, graphic designers and press illustrators).
After a baccalaureate Series D (1988) and studies at the Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar, he graduated from the School of Fine Arts, Visual Communication option in 1995. He studied English at the BRITISH Institute (4th year) and communication and journalism at the Higher Institute of Information and Communication Sciences (ISSIC).
He creates caricatures, comics, posters and various illustrations for newspapers such as "Le Soleil", "Le Témoin", "Dakar Soir", "Diapason musical", "Frasques Quotidiennes", "La Gazette" and "Ramatou hebdo". He creates communication tools and comics for organizations such as PAN AFRICA, PLAN INTERNATIONAL, ENDA Tiers Monde, FAO Senegal, ILO Senegal, City of Dakar, PAN Africa, ISRA, etc.
He was editor-in-chief of the children's newspaper GUNE YI from 1994 to 2009. In 1998 and 1999, Mr. GANGUE practiced Cartoon at the PICTOON studio in Dakar. In 2000, he was recruited by competition at AIR AFRIQUE as an airplane painter-decorator. He subsequently worked with SUNU AIR and AIR IVOIRE.
Mr. GANGUE is the winner of the logotype competitions of the third World Festival of Black Arts (FESMAN-2005), FONDEF (2004), the Ministry of Agriculture (1999), IGE (2007), the Sen' Finances Foundation (2008) and PADEC (2010).
Since 2004, Mr. Gangué has been a trainer in Graphics and Computer Graphics at the School of Arts, ISSIC, ESCOM, CRE (Research and Essay Center - Ministry of HIGHER EDUCATION) and MSAD (Senegalese Manufactures of Decorative Arts of Thiès). In 1993, publication of an illustrated book on the life and work of Bob Marley.

- Albums of the events of the year in caricatures 1996, 1997, 2002; - 70 graphic works on Civics and Civility (2006-2010), exhibited in 2012 at the National Gallery.

Mbarek bouali (Morocco)
is a Moroccan cartoonist living in Canada. He published his first cartoons in Al-Alam and l'opinion in the late 80s, and in 1996 he officially joined the Al-Alam newspaper, immigrated to Canada and occupied a number of Arab and Canadian newspapers and newspapers. He has participated in many national and international forums on caricature. He has held many exhibitions in Canada, America, Spain and Morocco. Today, he works as a cartoonist and journalist for the Moroccan site Hespress. He presents theatrical performances in the field of comedy
