PortoCartoon-World Festival 2019

 
We would like to remind you that PortoCartoon-World Festival 2019 is open to participation until 31 January.
 The main theme is LANGUAGES AND THE WORLD.
 
Every year  languages ​​disappear.
 In the last ten years, about 100 have disappeared. Therefore, the UN declares 2019 as the year of the indigenous languages.
 This invitation range is wider: to put the finger in the languages-world relationship. Which world and which languages? What worlds do we speak about and which languages? What languages ​​do we connect to? What are their supremacy between them? Who dominates who by the language? The language as an instrument of subjugation?
Dead languages ​​and living languages. Towers of babel? What languages ​​does the world need? What values ​​do they pass on? What values ​​are lost and gain by them?
Language as a right and as a heritage? The language as a disagreement or as a meeting point? Does the 'language of humor' cross all languages? Are there many worlds in the languages of humor?
In the intelligence and in your art is surely the answer.

Nous vous rappelons que le PortoCartoon-World Festival 2019 est ouvert jusqu'au 31 janvier.
 Le thème principal est LANGUES ET LE MONDE.
 Chaque année, les langues disparaissent.
 Au cours des dix dernières années, environ 100 personnes ont disparu. Par conséquent, l'ONU déclare 2019 l'année des langues autochtones.
 Cette gamme d'invitations est plus large: mettre le doigt dans la relation langues-monde. Quel monde et quelles langues? De quels mondes parle-t-on et de quelles langues? À quelles langues nous connectons-nous? Quelle est leur suprématie entre eux? Qui domine qui par la langue? La langue en tant qu'instrument d'assujettissement?
 Langues mortes et langues vivantes. Tours de babel? De quelles langues le monde a-t-il besoin? Quelles valeurs transmettent-ils? Quelles valeurs sont perdues et gagnées par elles?
 La langue en tant que droit et patrimoine? La langue comme désaccord ou comme point de rencontre? Le «langage de l'humour» traverse-t-il toutes les langues? Y a-t-il beaucoup de mondes dans les langues de l'humour?
Dans l’intelligence et dans votre art, c’est sûrement la solution.
