RULES
Compulsory Subject: HEALTH CARE
1- We accept cartoons only on the topic you entered
2- Total number of cartoons per author: at least 3 pieces, maximum 5 pieces
3- A cartoon must not have won an appraisal at previous competitions
4- Cartoons without words are not a requirement, but they have an advantage
5- Cartoons should only be sent electronically to: mfkh@email.cz
6- Deadline April 30th, 2019
7- The technical parameters should be as follows: at least 300 DPI; JPG, PNG or PDF format
8- By sending their cartoons, the author agrees with the following:
a) The organizer can use the cartoons for the promotional purposes of this International Festival of Cartoons
b) The cartoons will be used in the humorous magazine, Tapír
Award Winning Works:
1. Prize money: Winner 15.000 CZK
2. Runner-up 10.000 CZK
3. Second runner-up 5.000 CZK.

Sujet obligatoire: SOINS DE SANTÉ
1- Nous n'acceptons les dessins que sur le sujet que vous avez entré
2- Nombre total de dessins par auteur: au moins 3 pièces, maximum 5 pièces
3- Un dessin animé ne doit pas avoir gagné une évaluation lors de compétitions précédentes
4- Les dessins animés sans mots ne sont pas obligatoires, mais ils ont un avantage
5- Les dessins doivent être envoyés uniquement par courrier électronique à: mfkh@email.cz
6- Date limite le 30 avril 2019
7- Les paramètres techniques doivent être les suivants: au moins 300 DPI; Format JPG, PNG ou PDF
8- En envoyant leurs caricatures, l'auteur accepte ce qui suit:
a) L'organisateur peut utiliser les dessins pour les buts promotionnels de ce festival international des dessins.
b) Les dessins seront utilisés dans le magazine humoristique Tapír
Travaux primés:
1. Prix en argent: Gagnant 15.000 CZK
2. Finaliste 10.000 CZK
3. Deuxième finaliste 5.000 CZK.
