CARTOON CONTEST 2021

Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, which set out to be the pioneer of a life without disabilities, is organizing the "4th International Barrier-Free Izmir Congress" on 27-28-29 May 2021 for the problems of the disabled and their solutions.
In addition to being a scientific congress of Engelsizmir, it also includes the fair, where a series of artistic, cultural and social activities are organized to make disabled people visible in urban life.
National Cartoon Contest on "Prejudice and Empathy" takes place within the scope of the congress.
The contest is open to all artists and there is no participation restriction. A maximum of 5 cartoons can participate in the contest. The caricatures sent to the competition may have been published before, but they should not have been awarded in any (ilusal - international) competition.
The cartoons should be sent without using any compression program in 300 dpi, jpg, RGB format from the address of unhindered2021@gmail.com or http://www.engellsizmir.org/.
The deadline for participation in the competition is March 5, 2021.
