A sincere artist-cartoonist leaves ... Mohamed Barrak, alias Afia, passed away recently. This talented cartoonist, native of Ksar Kébir in 1952, taught plastic artists with the dedication that characterized him. Simple and spontaneous man, generous and sincere, he was very attached to his native region whose beautiful landscapes forged his character and inspired his works. A committed man, Mohamed Barrak, who has never yielded to the sirens of mercantile art, was a great cartoonist and he collaborated with Le Canard Libéré in its early days.
