Sujet de la compétition: Guerre et humanité
But du concours:
Le journal Welt Heimat, publié tous les mois en allemand et en turc dans le Land de Bade-Wurtemberg en Allemagne, approuve l’organisation d’un concours de dessins animés pour la quatrième année de son existence. Cette compétition internationale porte sur la cruauté de la guerre, la destruction, la démolition de l'âme humaine, le désespoir contre les refuges, la guerre et les développements dangereux de la technologie des armes. L'objectif ici est de lancer un appel aux caricaturistes du monde entier pour qu'ils soient sensibles à l'humanité dans le cadre de l'humour.

Conditions de participation
1- Le concours est organisé à l'international et est ouvert à tous les dessinateurs amateurs ou professionnels.

2- Le sujet du concours est "Guerre et humanité". Sous ce titre, des sujets tels que la guerre, les massacres, les armements, les génocides, les réfugiés, les enfants en guerre, les migrations, les crimes contre l’humanité, qui touchent le monde entier et l’humanité depuis des siècles, peuvent être traités.

3- Le concours étant organisé à l'échelle internationale, il est nécessaire de préparer les travaux sans écrire.

4- L'utilisation technique est gratuite dans les travaux à envoyer à la compétition. Les illustrations doivent avoir au moins le format A-4 (29,7 cm x 21 cm), le format A-3 (29,7 cm x 42 cm), 300 dpi et le format JPG.

5- Les œuvres à envoyer au concours ont peut-être déjà été publiées, mais elles n'auraient pas dû être attribuées. Le prix sera annulé s'il est établi que les œuvres primées ont été primées dans un autre concours. Les objections contre des œuvres similaires et volées seront prises en compte.

6- Il est possible de participer au concours avec un maximum de 5 œuvres. Les participants ne recevront pas plus d'un prix.

7- Les œuvres pour la participation au concours seront envoyées à e-mail: weltheimatcontests@gmail.com

. Le participant doit ajouter une photo et un curriculum vitae au courrier avec le dessin.

8 - La date limite de participation au concours est le 20 janvier 2019. Les œuvres soumises après cette date ne seront pas évaluées.

9- Le journal Welt Heimat aura également le droit d'utiliser les caricatures envoyées au concours dans divers médias et publications, journaux et sites Internet. Les participants reconnaîtront qu'ils acceptent les conditions du concours en envoyant des œuvres au concours et ne rechercheront aucune compensation future si les œuvres qu'ils soumettent sont utilisées aux endroits spécifiés dans la présente spécification.

10- Les membres du jury, les membres du comité organisateur et leurs parents au premier degré ne peuvent pas participer au concours.

11- Les dessins jugés appropriés par le jury seront exposés lors de divers événements dans différents pays tels que l'Allemagne et la Turquie.

15- Tous les participants recevront un certificat de participation. Le premier album électronique du concours sera publié.

Contest Specification
Subject of the Competition: War and Humanity
Purpose of the Competition:
The Welt Heimat Newspaper published monthly in German and Turkish in the German state Baden-Württemberg, approves of organizing a cartoon contest in its 4th year. This international competition is about cruelty of war, destruction, demolition of human soul, despair against refuge and war and dangerous developments in weapon technology. The aim here is to issue a call to cartoonists living all over the world to be sensible to humanity in the frame of humor.

Terms of Participation
1- The competition is organized internationally and is open to all amateur or professional cartoonists.

2- The subject of the competition is "War and Humanity". Under this title, topics such as war, massacres, armaments, genocides, refugees, children in war, migrations, crimes against humanity, which have affected the whole world and humanity for centuries, can be handled.

3- As the competition is organized on an international scale, it is necessary to prepare the works without writing.

4- Technical use is free in the works to be sent to the competition. The size of the artwork should be at least A-4 (29.7 cm x 21 cm), A-3 (29.7 cm x 42 cm), 300 dpi, and JPG format.

5- The works to be sent to the competition may have been published before but they should not have been awarded in any competition. The award will be canceled if the award-winning works are documented to have been awarded in another competition. Objections against similar and stolen works will be taken into consideration.

6- It is possible to participate in the competition with maximum 5 works. Participants will not be awarded more than one award.

7- Works for participation in the contest will be sent to e-mail: weltheimatcontests@gmail.com

. The participant should add a photograph and a resume to the mail along with the cartoon.

8 - The deadline for entry to the competition is January 20, 2019. Works submitted after this date will not be evaluated.

9- The Welt Heimat newspaper will also have the right to use the cartoons sent to the competition in various media and publications, newspaper and internet sites. Participants will acknowledge that they accept the conditions of the competition by sending works to the contest, and will not seek any future compensation in the event that the works they submit are used in the places specified in this specification.

10- Members of the jury, members of the organizing committee and their first-degree relatives cannot participate in the competition.

11- Cartoons found appropriate by the jury will be exhibited at various events in different countries such as Germany and Turkey.
